in the hot springs after choose "Wait for someone" option during the night, if you get Shinobu or Mitsuri, there is a option to "Join In", you need 15 of lust and had seen her naked before and she will accept it 👍
You should be able to download the v12 just like you downloaded the v11, if it didn't worked there is a button "I already paid for this..." , click there and I think you will be able to download it 👍
You are supposed to be able to download all versions, but send me a DM on discord and I will try to solve your problem (Bokun#1716). Sorry for anything
